2.1 Strict Non-Commercial Purpose
This website functions strictly as an institutional and educational public portal. Under no circumstances does AICA DES 4 PLATEAUX engage in commercial trade, sale of goods, commercial hunting tourism, or fee-based outdoor excursions. All territorial actions, educational guides, and fencing supports are financed exclusively via statutory member contributions, municipal subsidies, and departmental environmental allocations.
2.2 Intellectual Property & Open Educational Licensing
All textual documents, census statistics, and educational curricula produced by AICA DES 4 PLATEAUX are made available under an open civic license for personal study, academic research, and non-commercial educational instruction. Commercial reproduction, scraping for corporate marketing databases, or unauthorized syndication for financial gain is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Board of Directors.
